Where are you located?

Our design studio is in Centreville, Virginia. We also partner with other printing companies for some of our products such as blankets and notebooks. They are located in North Carolina, Georgia, Missouri and California.


Do you ship outside the U.S.? Unfortunately we do not at this time. However we partner with other websites such as Zazzle and Red Bubble. Those websites ship internationally and we can upload an item for you to order through there.

Can I personalize a product? YES! Most everything in our store can be personalized. We are here to help you create a unique gift that the recipient will love.

Shipping and Fulfillment

How much is shipping? We are offering free shipping on all items.

What are you shipping methods? For small items we usually ship First Class, larger items are sent via ground. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to receive. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge.

Update Sept 3, 2020. The shipping carriers will have extended processing times due to Covid. As many of you are aware the Post Office is also struggling. We appreciate your patience as these shipping companies work to get your orders to you.

Do you accept rush orders? If you're in a time crunch let us know and we'll do our best to help you.


Why is the cost of the blankets higher than other places?

For the name blankets we make the pattern from scratch and it takes time. We don't use a software for this. Once the final design is done we then send it on to the printer.  We partner with a company in North Carolina where they print the design onto the fabric, then cut and sew the blanket. It truly is Made in the U.S.A. This makes them unique from other printers that order pre-made blankets from overseas and print onto them. 

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

If we are making an item in our design studio, we can cancel the order as long as the item has not been made. 

We do partner with other printers for items such as notebooks, blankets and towels. Their policy is that once an order is submitted, it CANNOT be cancelled. 

Due to the nature of personalized items, we only accept returns due to defects or printer errors. If there's a mistake we will work with you to make it right.

When placing your order, please make sure that all names are spelled correctly. Also double-check the sizes you are ordering as well as color choices. We're a small business and can't afford do-overs.

Sales on digital items are final.
